GLAM POLICY

AT THE STUDIO 

Here at Glam By Gin we have specific policies set in place to ensure all clients are receiving the efficient quality services.  Please take the time to read and understand our policies listed below. Before booking an appointment please fill out a waxing consent form. 

Age & Gender Policy:

There is a no children policy inside the wax studio! Only the client being serviced is allowed in the wax suite. “Exception” a parent is allowed to accompany their child who is not of age for our services. You must be 18+ for any bikini or Brazilian waxing service. Any child under the age 13 is to be supervised and not our responsibility if you must bring your child they can sit in a common area with another adult and be supervised.

Your appointment confirmations/reminders will be sent via text/email notifications. We are not responsible for you inputting the incorrect phone number/email on file. A confirmation email/text will be sent to the number you have on file 2-3 days before your appointment. In order to provide a personalized experience to all of our clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any unforeseen reason you can not make the appointment you have 24hrs to cancel, to avoid unwanted charges. 

Same day cancellation will require you to forfeit deposit and charged remaining balance of your service. You'll have to rebook with a new deposit for next booking. If you request to reschedule same day of your service appointment, you will be charged a $15 fee for same day rescheduling due to inconvenience. 

We require a 50% deposit in order to schedule to hold the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are late please text to cancel or change your appointment, if less than 24 hours in advance you forfeit your deposit, the deposits are non refundable. If you need to make changes to your appointment you are more than welcome to text/email 24 hours in advance to make changes and your deposit will be applied to the change.

All no show appointments will be charged 50% of scheduled appointment service fee. If you continue to no show you will be required to pay in full before booking another appointment. All clients are granted a 5 minute grace period, for services under 30mins, and 10 minute grace for services over 30mins. After 5-10 minutes, you will be marked as a no show and charged accordingly. So if you know you are running late please text to be notified if you’ll still be able to be seen or rescheduled.

Please arrive 10-15minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be asked to reschedule and the proper fee will be applied to the card on file or deposit will be forfeited.

If you still show up to your appointment passed the grace period you'll be charged $10 for every 5mins you are late to the appointment. { Ex. Appointment 3pm service time 20mins grace 5mins, arrival 3:10, extra charge to service $10}

Clients are granted a 5 day retouch period, if we fail to completely remove your hair, you have 5 days to come in and get a retouch without charge. After 5 days that offer is void and you'll have to wait for your next appointment. There are no refunds available on services unless authorized by management. Refunds on products are at the sole discretion of management, in most cases refunds are accepted on items not opened, not used, and in its original form. No refunds will be given after 14 days of product purchase.

Internet Privacy Policy:

We don’t share, sell, or otherwise distribute any of your information. The type of data collected by this website is generally used to analyze the client base and make better marketing campaigns.
