COVID-19 UPDATE

 
Thing Are Changing, But That's Okay!

If you are sick or showing any COVID-19 symptoms please stay home. We ask any current or future clients if they test positive for COVID-19 we ask you to make us aware and to quarantine for 14days. Prior to receiving services, our Covid Waiver of Liability MUST be signed before receiving any services. NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED (unless to accompany a minor being serviced) If you are not being serviced you must wait in your car or waiting room. Masks are highly recommended upon entering the building and encouraged to remain on your entire visit.

Here’s what we have been doing since we’ve been open to now during this pandemic moving forward:

  • We deep cleaned our studio prior to opening and upon closing
  • Our consent form has been updated were we ask about your personal health to be sure we can accommodate and advise them as needed
  • A mask is worn to protect ourselves and our clients as well gloves because we are touching the skin.
  • Before and after every single client, we clean the waxing beds, change our gloves and throw away any materials used
  • We never double dip, and we take sanitation very seriously
  • Restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at least 4 times a day daily and replenished periodically throughout the day, with soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper and paper towels.
  • You can find  hand sanitizer located at the front desk, inside each wax suite, and inside the restroom for public use.

Our studio services are based on appointment only. We advise clients to wait in the car or waiting room if there is no available seating; we do allow only two clients at a time in the waiting area where they sit 6 feet apart. We also ask that clients arrive 5-10mins of the initial time of appointment. Upon arrival we ask that you text you have arrived, no need to call unless you're lost and looking for the location, otherwise wait in the vehicle until I can respond to help you.

What we need from our clientele is for you to practice cleanliness and safety before and after you come to Glam By Gin, such as washing your hands, using hand sanitizer, and covering your mouth when you need to. We pride ourselves in being a very clean studio, and we want to be sure our clients and myself are safe and well.

As a result of  taking precautions we are unable to take walk-ins or accept last minute same day appointments since our capacity is limited. Our policy will be enforced with no exceptions.  If you feel unwell please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Please refer to our policy online if you are unfamiliar with our new policy. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to make sure your experience with us is a good one and keeps you in good health.
